Youth Lifting Camp – Program Description
Our Youth Lifting Camp is designed to introduce and develop proper strength training techniques in a safe, structured, and encouraging environment. This program focuses on building a strong athletic foundation while promoting confidence, discipline, and long-term physical development.
Athletes will be coached on proper lifting mechanics and body control to ensure they develop safely and effectively.
Key Focus Areas:
1. Proper Technique & Form
Athletes will learn the fundamentals of lifting, including correct posture, movement patterns, and safe execution of exercises such as squats, presses, and pulls.
2. Strength Development
Age-appropriate strength training designed to improve overall muscle development, stability, and injury resistance.
3. Injury Prevention
Emphasis on mobility, flexibility, and correct movement to reduce the risk of injury both in training and in sport.
4. Core Strength & Stability
Focused exercises to build a strong core, which is essential for balance, coordination, and athletic performance.
5. Athletic Performance Enhancement
Training that supports speed, power, and explosiveness to help athletes perform better in their sport.
6. Confidence & Work Ethic
We aim to build mental toughness, discipline, and confidence through goal-setting and consistent effort.
